Writing Artifacts
Five writing artifacts from my participation in ENC 1101 can be found below and can be divided into the following three categories:
Peer Reviews, Reflections, & Discussion Post Responses

Essay Two Peer Review
This screenshot demonstrates how I applied the revision course outcome during this semester. After reading a fellow peer's rough draft, I was able to provide constructive feedback due to my ability to understand the rhetorics within his writing and how his overall piece could potentially be improved. I also had a solid enough grasp of my own writing process that I was able to suggest methods in which I conclude my essays to the student I responded to.

Reflection #1
This reflection took place towards the beginning of the course and helped lay the groundwork for the ways in which I would understand and navigate my classwork. This reflection was extremely helpful in making sure I correctly understood each learning outcome and was proactively applying it to my own writing. Furthermore, this reflection was where I initially drafted my goals for this class, giving me a starting point for my growth this semester.
Reflection #2
This reflection was much more extensive and gave me an opportunity to further understand my own writing process. Dissecting my second essay within this reflection helped me to really pinpoint my writing's strengths and weaknesses and ensure that I was still working towards all six learning outcomes when drafting the second and third essays. Thanks to the time I took to compose this reflection, essay three was much more manageable, and I had a firmer grasp on what I would write about in my self-analysis.
Discussion Post - Final Thoughts
This discussion post response is similar to a reflection in the sense that it allowed me to look back on my work. However, this post involved the entirety of the ENC 1101 course, which aided me in coming to a conclusion on what I learned throughout this semester and what I still need to improve upon in my own time outside of this class. As seen in the post, there are absolutely important takeaways from my writing process that I discovered within this class, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to discuss that in this post.
Discussion Post - Peer Review Request
In this discussion post I state the areas in which I feel that my second essay's rough draft is lacking, which showcases my ability to analyze my own writing as well as the tools and rhetorics I equip within my own work. Furthermore, it demonstrates how the course provided students with multiple opportunities to engage with the sixth learning outcome of revision and not only revise other written works but also receive input on our own pieces from our peers. The feedback I received on this photo was later incorporated into my second and final draft of my rhetorical analysis essay.
